Climate
The Middle East has a hot desert climate with summers being incredibly hot, windy and very humid. Most days are sunny, even in the depths of winter it is warm. The combination of heat and humidity make the city very uncomfortable for many visitors.

Language
Most roles advertised to international participants are in English but if you know basic Arabic this will really boost your chances of finding employment, it will also make living in the Middle East easier. You could learn independently or take Arabic classes in the Middle East.
